When our e-mail programs were originally created there were no restrictions and we often encouraged people to send multiple e-mails to Disney. Flooding Disney executives inboxes with tons of e-mail seemed like a good idea at the time. And for 95% of time and 95% of the users, even sending 10 copies of an e-mail out during the course of a day, everything was fine. But then we had a few ambitious users who would continually send e-mails over and over again, hundreds within an hour. And our web hosting company took notice. They consider this spamming and we were putting extra strain on their servers. So we were locked out and not only lost the original e-mail program, but almost lost the entire Save Disney Shows web site. So we have no choice but to place restrictions on the usage of the e-mail program to prevent abuse and spamming. We believe to have set a reasonable limit that still allows you to send a reasonable number of e-mails from each campaign's e-mail program.
